Responsibilities

New graduate training program in the Operating Room RN program. 6 weeks of didactic and 6 months of clinical training before independent practice. Work schedule may change with independent practice. Call will be expected once able to practice independently.

 Hospital location and surgical specialty assignment after training are contingent upon availability.


 40hr/week 7am - 3:30pm for 6 months and then call after 7 months

Full time position Generous benefit package with prorated PTO

Qualifications

Graduation from a state-accredited school of professional nursing. If hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled in an accredited program within four years of employment, and obtain a Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing or a Master's degree with a major in Nursing within seven years of employment date.

 

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina by the day of clinical care. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
